How do I start?

Fill in the form "Profitability study", we will contact you for an interview, evaluate your property and send you a profitability study.
We will present you in detail how we work and define your preferences.
We will send you a proposal and if we agree, we will start working.

We know that for the owner of a holiday home it is very important to keep it in optimal conditions and to obtain the best possible benefit and that is what we do... manage in a comprehensive way all the necessary tasks to achieve this.

If you are starting the activity, we will define what you need such as the tourist license registration, optimization of the decoration or a small reform, professional photography and any other work that we have defined and is necessary.

We immediately activate your property on the different platforms or if you already have it activated we optimise it and start all our operational tasks of obtaining and managing bookings, cleaning and maintenance of the property and administration that you can read in detail in the section on our services.

What platforms do you work with?

We work with the main holiday rental platforms such as Booking, Airbnb, Vrbo and Holidu. We also work with local platforms such as the Asociación Canaria de Vivienda Vacacional (ASCAV), we invest in digital marketing for specific market niches such as the local market and certain countries and we manage the relationship with recurring clients to promote and receive bookings directly.

We continually evaluate new platforms to incorporate the most suitable for our market.

Can I enjoy my flat if it is managed by you?

Yes, you will be able to book your flat on the available dates by calling us or by blocking the dates yourself directly in the system to which you will have access.

How do I collect my reservations?

The first 7 days of each month we make a liquidation of all the bookings with departure of the previous month, we make a transfer discounting our services, the cost of the booking platform and we send all the administrative documentation to you or to your accountant.

I already have my property published on a platform, can I give it to you to manage?

Yes, we will review your publications and define a plan of action to optimise it if necessary and we will start all our operational tasks of obtaining and managing bookings, cleaning and maintenance of the property and administration which you can read in detail in CLICK

How much does your management cost?

We only charge for bookings made, if you don't earn, we don't earn. Our service is comprehensive and covers all the necessary management of the holiday rental, you don't have to do anything. Our services are 20% of the accommodation of each booking which you can read in detail in CLICK to Prices and most marketing platforms charge 15%.

Where do you provide your services?

We are a family business, our services are personalised and of high quality, we limit the number of properties we manage and we focus on the area where we can attend to them personally, we are based in Tenerife and we provide services to holiday homes located in the south of Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain, specifically in the following municipalities:

Can I see the information about bookings attended, to be attended, cancellations, in short, everything about my flat?

Am I obliged to work with you for any minimum or fixed period of time?

No. We rely on quality of service and results to keep our clients. By giving 30 days notice you will be able to dispense with our services.
