We also work with local platforms such as the Asociación Canaria de Vivienda Vacacional (ASCAV), we invest in digital marketing for specific market niches such as the local market and certain countries and we manage the relationship with recurring clients to promote and receive bookings directly.

Yes, you will be able to book your flat on the available dates by calling us or by blocking the dates yourself directly in the system to which you will have access.

The first 7 days of each month we make a liquidation of all the bookings with departure of the previous month, we make a transfer discounting our services, the cost of the booking platform and we send all the administrative documentation to you or to your accountant.
